Permit Room DLM Competition T&C's

1. The Permit Room competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted by following both @dishoom and @dishoompermitroom and commenting and tagging at least one person. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The opening date for entries is 16:00.00 on 14th November 2025. The closing date of the competition is 23:59:59 on 23rd November 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. One winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 24th November 2025 ("Draw Date").
7. The winner will receive a weekend away for four, containing:(a) 1x night stay at The Permit Room Lodgings on 29th November. (b) Dinner and drinks included across the full stay at Permit Room Portobello up to the value of £500.(d) Visit to the Dishoom Loves Market including 4 x market passes and 4 x evening tickets to the Dishoom Loves Market event on 29th November.
8. (e) 1 x Dishoom Loves goody bag.
9. (f) Travel is NOT included.

1. The winner will be notified by Instagram DM using account details provided at entry before 26th November 2024. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 calendar days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
2. The prize may be redeemed on 29th November 2025 only.
3. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
5. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
6. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who writes to Permit Room Competition, Dishoom Limited, 141–143 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6JE (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to either or both of your surname and county being published or made available, please confirm this with the Promoter when claiming your prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the prize, to anyone who breaches these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
9. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy. Please also see condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
11. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
