We’ve had a ton of folk put us through our paces so far. They’ve been tucking into bar snacks and gallantly working their way through our new drinks menu (the Kiwi Colada Shimmy with a side of crunchy Chakli has been a winner). They’ve been trying out new dishes, like the Crispy Spinach Chaat, and checking we’re still getting the old Dishoom favourites right.
Our eclectic playlist, fusing Bombay to New York via funk, punk, hip-hop, disco and soul, has been going down a storm. And the vibes have been good, even on mornings after the night before – then again, we have been playing people with Bacon Naan Rolls.
