Our Food and Drink

Hunger sated. Thirst slaked

Food & Drink

A salute to the permit rooms of Bombay. At lunch and dinner, plates of chakli and peanut masala to start. Salty fingers, thirsty lips, delicious cocktails. Cold beers wash down curries, sharing plates and Dishoom favourites, too. More drinks, more chat and much revelry.

Next morning, breakfast on steaming chai and drippy egg-filled naans.

EAT

Satisfy cravings

Round-the-clock deliciousness. Breakfast Naan Rolls and locally roasted coffee wake spirits nicely. Stay for a while.

Lunch is light or long. Fresh salads, samosas and a Crispy Spinach Chaat so zesty, you’d eat twenty. Plates of Chilli Chips and Chicken Pick-Me-Ups for afternoon picking.

At dinner, hot melting mouthfuls of Chilli Cheesy Garlic Naan Bites (your drink’s plus one). Moreish curries: Dishoom Chicken Ruby and rich Black Daal. Then something sweet, creamy, fudgy.

DRINK

Quench your curiosity

At the bar – cocktails. Short, boozy, twisted classics. Ice-cold sips of a Feni Martini slip down nicely.

Wine of every colour – natural and biodynamic. Cooling lassis and teetotals. Chilled beers and special collabs with local breweries pair well with snacks and savouries. And for the morning after the night before, best Bloody Marys and steaming chai.

A tribute… to the colourful Bombay drinking history.
