Mango Lassi Punch
Flavoured like the popular fruity-yoghurty Indian drink – but with boozier consequences.

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
- Mix ingredients together, waiting to add the lemon juice at the very end.
- Rest for one hour, then strain the mixture through a paper coffee filter.
- If the liquid is not completely clear when first straining, pour back through the coffee filter until the drink runs clear.
- Bottle and keep in the fridge till ready to sip. Serve on the rocks.
