Peanut Masala

Lightly roasted fresh peanuts tossed with chopped tomatoes, onion, coriander, chilli and lime juice. Much zing.

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl – shake and toss together.
  2. Garnish with coriander, squeezes of lime and sprinklings of Chaat Masala.
