Thums Up Sazerac
Lighter evenings, breezy curtains and a table laid with chatter calls for something short and boozy to sip on.

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
To make the Thums Up reduction:
- Pour the Thums Up into the pan and stir until no longer fizzy.
- Heat to 80°C
- Slowly mix in the white sugar until completely dissolved.
- Heat to 120°C and leave for 30 minutes.
- Add the cinnamon sticks and leave for a further 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add fresh lime juice.
- Strain to remove cinnamon sticks.
To make the Thums Up Sazerac:
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Bottle and store in the freezer.
- Pour yourself a glass. Enjoy!
