- This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
- All entries must be submitted via Instagram. To enter, participants must follow @dishoompermitroom, tag a friend, and comment "World Cup" on the promotional Instagram post, and then successfully complete the mailing list sign-up form, which will be sent via Instagram Direct Message. Only confirmed mailing list subscribers who entered during the window will be valid. By completing the entry form, you agree to join the Permit Room mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
- The opening date for entries is 17:30 on Monday 1st June 2026. The closing date is 23:59 on Thursday 4th June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, malfunction, or platform-related issues.
- One winner will be chosen at random from all valid email entries on Friday 5th June 2026.
- The winner will receive a private booking package for up to twenty (20) guests for the first Permit Room World Cup showing, consisting of:
- Private space access at either Permit Room Brighton, Cambridge or Portobello
- The first round of drinks on the house for the group, excluding bottled wines and spirits
- Five complimentary beer towers
- A £200 food tab to be used during the booking
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during the mailing list sign-up within 24 hours of the closing date. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the event booking, if the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant.
- The prize is strictly valid for use on Thursday 11th June 2026 from 7PM only.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter is required to make available information that indicates a valid award has taken place. To comply, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who writes to: Permit Room Competitions, Dishoom Limited, 141–143 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6JE (enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope) within one month of the closing date. If you object to your surname and county being published, please notify the Promoter when claiming your prize. The Promoter may still be required to provide this information to regulatory bodies upon request.
- Permit Room operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. Any guests within the party of 20 who appear under 25 will be required to show valid ID to consume alcohol. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest in accordance with UK licensing laws and responsible drinking guidelines.
- By entering this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. Your statutory rights are not affected.
